What types of coffee do you offer?

Our mission is to help the Kogi (aka Kogui) indigenous people of Colombia.  We only offer  Arabica coffee, high grown in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of the north coast of Colombia.

Do you offer whole bean and ground coffee?A: We offer only green coffee (unroasted).

What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale purchases?

Our minimum order quantity varies depending on the type of coffee, but typically starts at 70 kilos (154 pounds).

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we only ship inside the US.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipping times vary based on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.

Can I request samples before placing a large order?

Yes, we offer samples of our coffee so you can taste the quality before making a large purchase. Contact us to request samples.

How do you ensure the quality of your coffee?

We work directly and personally with the Kogi people to source high-quality beans and perform rigorous quality control checks at every stage of the process.

What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Yes, we are committed to sustainability and source our coffees from farms that practice environmentally friendly and socially responsible farming methods.

Do you support fair trade practices?

A: Absolutely. We directly pay the farmers an amount over the market price for their coffee, and also have a fund taken from our small profit to help the farmers during non- harvest periods.
